Hii~! Things have been so crazy busy and stressful I couldn’t update or read my fave sites!! Here’s a list of the ups and downs and all arounds of Skippee’s August…
* My wonderful grandparents are here from
* Bella is going to be a Lexus model~ hahahaha…she’s a model for their new Lexus brand puppy carrier. I’ll let yall know when she’ll be up on the web and in catalogs!
* We chose the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel~!! We’re going to have it in the Pacific Promenade which is a gorgeous venue next to the hotel…we love how it is completely separate and private from hotel guests. Most of all…we love the views! Yay!
* We’re using Stephanie Lairson as our coordinator…thanks so much to ka_woman and k_bridetobe!!!! It was so stressful for awhile trying to figure out which coordinator to go with…there are so many to choose from. We even had to once go all the way to
* The shady old Korean man who backed into my car can’t be found so his insurance co is going to deny the claim. I might have to go to small claims… *sigh*
* I got Andy a new car! I guess it doesn’t really matter since whatever is mine is his and vice versa!
* There have been some other things going on with work and stuff but I’ll save that for protected posts! I realize that maybe I should post some pics on protected too just in case some people don’t want their pics on the net. Seeing how often I post…who knows if I’ll ever get to protected but check once in awhile if you’re bored!
* Hmmm…I thought I had done a lot more…but guess all the rest of the time I was just working!!

congrats on the venue and choosing your wedding planner! i think jack and i will most definitely hire a wedding planner also because we will both be in michigan and the wedding will be in cali. i am going to bookmark your wedding planner for future references! do you know of any other good wedding planners out there? i’m so new to this whole planning thing that i don’t even know where to start!
It sounds like you’re all set! Congrats on making the biggest decision…wedding venue and wedding coordinator is the hardest! It should be a piece of cake from here on. And Bella…she’s sooooo cute!

hahah jenny you’re so cute! thanks so much for the input and the info on stephanie. when we go home next time (i’m hoping it’ll be december??) i want to make sure and book a coordinator and venue by then. i can’t believe it’s coming close to the time where i am going to have to start planning already! i’ve been sitting on my laurels for so long that i’ve gotten kinda used to it, hehehe. not good for a worry wart/perfectionist/stresser like me!
anyhoo, please let me know how it goes with her and how you like your experience! i have also heard about kim bradford. do you know anything about her?

timothy is an AWESOME fashion photographer and he works with the best make-up/hair stylists. we wore our own clothes but he can provide clothes too. we actually took our pix at his house and then a beach near our loft (the bay area). he is always going to southern cali to shoot though. he’s a posey type of photographer – he pretty much directs you on how to pose and look. the hardest part for us was not smiling since we are the goofiest people. he actually got mad at me when i started to smile instead of being all serious and seductive. haha. with tim you definetely won’t get the typical lovey dovey couple pics.

I cant believe that Bella is going to be a Lexus model! You’ll have to keep me updated on when the pix are on the web so I can show her off to all my friends in KC!! That’s awesome that you finally picked a venue! And what a nice new car you guys got!! Andy had this goal where he’d buy me a BMW by the time I was 18… that didn’t happen.. can I have one of your cars when you don’t them!!? HEHEH jk! anyways.. I keep telling Andy that I will go to Cali this December and I really want to meet your brother and family and esp. Bella!! 
I miss you guys a lot! Work is treating me pretty well though… come visit me sometime! I know you guys are super busy though! Well, great pix! Keep me posted, call me sometime!

i have a question… when you had bella spayed… did you leave her overnight at the vet and did they use “dissolving” sutures? or did you have to take her back in a couple weeks to remove them? i need to take toby also but i wanted to ask around first. thanks!
Congrates on finally picking your venue!!! It is such a relief to finally pick a place..huh? Bella is so cute!!! How did she become a model? My baby is a cutie and I want to be a Model Mom too=) Sigh…I’ve not been allow to do anymore wedding planning until now…my hun thought I was turning into a Bridezilla…LOL.

acutally I have 2 lists.. one for the bride side and one for the groom side… I used excel spreadsheet that way I could log in the number of people and it will calculate the total for me…. just have to start calling them soon.. the deadline I give them is 10/10… thanks
